A graduate of Emerson College in Boston, I re-discovered my love of art and design, when dragged into a bead and silver shop by a friend. After stringing several pieces, I found I enjoyed the wire more than the beads, and began studying metal art at schools around Boston, including Stonybrook, North Bennett Street School, and Metalwerx School for Jewelry and Metal Arts, in Waltham.
For a decade, I honed my techniques in Fine, Sterling, Argentium Silver, and Gold, and make my pieces, one at a time, in my studio, for Blue Gallery on Provincetown, and private client collections. You can also find me at the North River Arts Society Festivals, where I am a member.
As President of the Board of the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA), Boston Chapter, I am always on the lookout for networking and educational opportunities within the industry. And, I am a proud member of ASJRA, the Association for the Study of Jewelry and Related Arts.
In addition, as time allows, I love to teach jewelry arts at various arts centers on the south shore of Massachusetts.
